ANNETTE M. MARSHALL, CSCP-IA
Partner, Chief Compliance Officer
Ms. Marshall joined Globalt in October 2021 and serves as Globalt’s Chief Compliance Officer, is responsible for the adviser’s compliance program, and is a member of the Enterprise Committee.
Ms. Marshall earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and almost 20 years of her more than 30 years of industry experience have been in IA compliance. Before joining Globalt, Ms. Marshall served on the IA Compliance team with Advisor Group and Triad Advisors. For more than 10 years, Ms. Marshall served as Chief Compliance Officer for an Atlanta-based asset manager, Herndon Capital Management, which managed more than $10 B in assets (AUM + AUA) at its peak. She also served as a compliance consultant for Barge Consulting and ICS Group, before and after her time with Herndon Capital. Other industry experience has been in trading and in operations. Ms. Marshall maintains the Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) designation with the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP).
Annette is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and a charter member of the 2024 chartered Fayette County Alumnae Chapter. Annette is an active member of the Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. On the weekends, you will find Annette in the cheering section at her youngest daughter’s Equestrian team’s shows, for her nephews at their baseball and football games, or simply catching up with friends and family, especially her eldest daughter’s college life.
