Partner, Client Administration
Ms. Barnes joined Globalt in August 2021, is responsible for day-to-day operations and the onboarding of new clients and is a member of the Operations Committee and Client Administrative & Operations team.
Ms. Barnes received her BBS in Accounting and Business Administration from High Point University. Ms. Barnes has over 20 years of experience as the Chief Financial Officer for several start-up companies in the Atlanta area. She is experienced in implementing business restructuring, operation design and venture capital, and private equity transactions. For seven years, Ms. Barnes served as treasurer and board member of the Women in Technology Foundation. She maintains an active license as a Certified Public Accountant.
