RAINEY WOODWARD
Partner, Operations & GIPS Performance Manager
Ms. Woodward joined Globalt in 1998, is the Operations and GIPS Performance Manager and is a member of the Enterprise Committee. In this role, she coordinates the firm’s investment operations and maintains the firm’s adherence to Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
Ms. Woodward graduated Cum Laude with a BA in History from the University of South Carolina and holds almost 40 years of experience in the investment field. She brings extensive expertise from her previous role as Vice President and Head Trader at Caldwell & Orkin, Inc. where she handled administrative and compliance responsibilities for two registered investment advisors, a broker-dealer, a mutual fund and a hedge fund. Before Caldwell & Orkin, Ms. Woodward was an Equity Trader and Operations Manager at Astrop Advisory Corporation.
In addition to her professional roles, Ms. Woodward has been actively involved in the financial industry community. She has served on the Board of the Georgia Securities Association and participated as a panelist at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s National CCO Outreach Program in Washington, D.C. She has also spoken at multiple compliance conferences for National Regulatory Services.
