CFA, Partner, Associate Portfolio Manager
Ms. Fulton joined Globalt in 2019, serves as an associate portfolio manager, assisting the committee with updating and monitoring quantitative models and methods used for investment strategies, is a member of the Enterprise Committee, and a voting member of the Investment Policy Committee.
Ms. Fulton earned a BA in both Mathematics and Economics from Spelman College and an MS in Quantitative and Computational Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology. Previously, Ms. Fulton worked as a Risk Analyst, covering operational risk within firms as well as consumer risk in the credit lending space. She has experience developing quantitative models that automate existing processes and enhance operational performance.
Ms. Fulton holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, has completed Level 1 of the Chartered Market Technician program and is a member of the CFA Society of Atlanta. Ms. Fulton is passionate about using technology and innovative methods to maximize opportunities for both the firm and its clients. She champions modernization and spearheads advisor initiatives focused on automation and innovation.
